RESUMO

Este artigo tem por objetivo apresentar alguns textos da Bíblia não apenas pelo seu valor religioso, mas também pelo seu valor literário, capaz de despertar a emoção e a reflexão em praticamente qualquer pessoa, sem levar em conta sua religião. Para tanto, analisaremos esses textos a partir dos seus traços semânticos e estilísticos, enfatizando sua importância para a vida cotidiana.

SUMMARY

This article aims to present some texts from Bible not only by their religious value, but also by their literary value, capable of arise emotions and reflections on almost any person, without taking on account his/her religion. In order to do that, we will analyze these texts from their semantic and stylistic features, emphasizing their importance in the daily life.
